The Puffin offers beginners plenty of stability, whilst still providing a smooth, responsive paddling experience. Amongst kayaks that are paddled without a hatch (‘sit-on-top’), this is one of the lightest models. If you want to paddle a sit-on-top kayak but aren’t keen on the inertia and weight typical of PE sit-on-top kayaks, this is the one for you! Weighing just 16 kg, it’s ideal for tours on flat water and along the coast.
Lay-up: Multisport (carbon/Kevlar), manufactured using a vacuum infusion process with epoxy resin and heat curing for lightness, robustness and durability.
