Returns

We try to minimise the resources and costs involved in dispatch. If you’re not sure whether the product you’ve chosen meets your requirements, please ring us before placing your order. Even if you’re unsure about the correct size, please don’t order two sizes or different items to choose from – just get in touch with us instead. We know all our products well and will be happy to advise you!

You can return a product ordered via the online shop within 14 days of receipt. Please see the information under ‘Cancellation’.

Complaints:
If there is a problem with your item, please contact us straight away and we will find a quick solution. We will provide you with a return label for the return shipment if the wrong item was delivered, or if the goods are faulty or damaged.

Notifying us of a return:
