Precise control
The Hunter really comes into its own in challenging conditions. The curved rocker and the wide cross-section under the cockpit ensure maximum control, stability and safety in all conditions. The large volume in the bow and stern area improves adaptability to difficult sea conditions.
Stiff, light and durable
Manufacturing with infusion technology enables uniform and high-quality lamination. This makes the Hunter 520 exceptionally light, durable and stiff. The deck design further reinforces the structural rigidity.
Storage space for expeditions
The two smaller storage compartments in front of and behind the cockpit allow direct access from the seat, while the two large luggage hatches can hold equipment and food for multi-day tours. Storage options for additional equipment are provided by the cleverly designed elasticated straps
Sea kayak equipment
The all-round deck fender and the toggle at the front and rear allow the boat to be gripped securely in any position after capsizing. A keel strip can be ordered as an option to make the kayak even more robust in the event of landings or contact with the ground.
Cockpit
The seating position can be fine-tuned for personal comfort and optimum balance. This improves control and stability in a variety of scenarios, from calm waters to challenging technical routes.
