Parcel delivery

Within Germany and Austria, we offer free delivery on all items over €50 (excluding bulky goods). So order your inflatable SUP, paddle or accessories conveniently and have them delivered to your home with no delivery charges. 

Parcel delivery within Germany and Austria: free for orders over €50
For orders under €50: delivery charges of €4.99.
Delivery to other EU countries is available for a fee of €12.90 on orders worth €250 or more.

Delivery times

We process your orders on the same day we receive payment; the parcel usually arrives within 1–2 working days. This applies to neighbouring countries such as Austria and the Netherlands. Delivery times to other European countries can take between 5 and 10 days.

Freight delivery for bulky goods 

We dispatch hardboards, kayaks, tandem kayaks and surfskis that are oversized. We thoroughly check the products before dispatch and then pack them very securely to ensure they reach you safely on their long journey.

We start by using cushioning materials, followed by sturdy cardboard (Safety Box). We strive to pack in a resource-efficient manner and therefore also use materials that have already been in use – provided they are clean.

Postage costs for bulky goods within Germany and Austria:

The flat-rate figures we quote for postage costs do not represent the actual price. These are calculated individually by the courier based on the daily rate and delivery address, and are on average 50% higher than the flat-rate fee we quote. This means we cover around half the costs.

Shipping of bulky goods to EU countries:

We have extensive experience in shipping safely to most European countries, including islands. As prices for this can vary considerably, we will quote them on a case-by-case basis and then agree them with you. To provide a quote including delivery, we need your postcode and town.

Delivery times and delivery

Delivery by courier within Germany takes 2–4 working days. The courier delivering your parcel will contact you by telephone 1–2 days before delivery to arrange a delivery time with you. Delivery to other EU countries may take 6 to 10 working days.

Transport insurance

We send the goods you have ordered with insurance. This covers any damage that occurs during transit. When accepting the parcel, please check the outside of the parcel for any damage. If damage to the packaging is visible, please document it with photos before unpacking and ask the courier to also note the damage to the packaging.

Thanks to the excellent padding and packaging of the goods inside the box, any damage is usually limited to the surface of the box. Damage to the goods themselves must be reported to us immediately after delivery. To this end, please send us photographs that clearly document the damage. 

Cancellation and returns of bulky goods such as kayaks, surf skis and hardboards

In the event of cancellation of bulky goods consignments, the customer bears the costs of return postage. The customer is also responsible for ensuring the goods are carefully and securely packed to prevent breakage. The goods will be inspected upon receipt. Deliveries that are not properly packaged or are damaged will be refused. We recommend that you take out transport insurance when returning goods and use the original packaging.

Withdrawal is not permitted for used items. Various test centres are available nationwide for testing purposes. In the case of an online order placed without prior consultation, we assume that the customer is familiar with the product or, if unsure about its features, has obtained information at one of the test centres or during a test event.

Delivery to Switzerland

For our Swiss customers living not far from Basel, we recommend collecting kayaks or higher-value goods with a net value of €1,000 or more from our shop in the Breisgau Business Park, just 40 km from Basel, near the A5 motorway at Heitersheim. We can issue import forms for VAT refunds.

Parcel delivery to Switzerland is available for orders with a net value of up to €1,000. In this case, we will invoice you for the net price (online prices minus German VAT). We charge a flat rate of €29 for postage and customs clearance. The courier will invoice you separately for Swiss VAT and Swiss import duties.
