Within Germany, we will send you all items over €50 (except bulky goods) free of charge. Order your inflatable SUP, paddle or accessories conveniently and without shipping costs to your home.

Delivery time
We will dispatch your order on the same day we receive your payment, usually within 1-2 working days. This also applies to neighbouring EU countries such as the Netherlands, Austria, etc.
Freight forwarding
We deliver SUP hardboards and kayaks by freight forwarder. The costs for this vary greatly depending on the distance and the volume of freight forwarders. We therefore calculate a flat rate of half the actual costs. We therefore subsidise the shipping costs by 50%. The overview is shown below. Collection from our main location near Freiburg is possible free of charge.

Secure shipping packaging
Your kayak will be shipped very well packed. We have developed a special packaging system made of padding material and very robust cardboard. The cardboard alone weighs approx. 12 kg, the material is very dense and of heavy quality. In addition, the kayak is very well padded inside and protected all round by the thick cardboard.
Insured transport
Your kayak is not only very well packed during transport, it is also insured. Should any damage occur, this is covered by the insurance. So you don't have to worry, we ship kayaks routinely, professionally and safely throughout Europe.
Check the outside of the parcel for damage when you receive the consignment. If there is any visible damage to the packaging, document it with photos before unpacking and ask the delivery person to record the damage to the packaging as well. Due to the very good padding and packaging of the goods inside the box, damage usually remains superficial on the box. Damage to the goods themselves must be reported to us immediately after delivery. Please send us photos documenting the damage in detail.
Delivery time and delivery
Kayaks and hardboards are shipped to you very well packed. The delivery time is 1 to 5 working days within Germany, depending on the volume. The delivery company will contact you one day before delivery to coordinate the time window.
Delivery to Switzerland
For our Swiss customers who live not far from Basel, we recommend collecting kayaks or higher-priced goods with a net value of €1,000 or more from our location in the Breisgau business park. We are located just 40 kilometres north of Basel, close to the A5 motorway near Heitersheim. You will receive import forms for VAT refunds on site.
It is possible to send parcels up to a net value of €1,000 to Switzerland. In this case, we will invoice the net price (online prices less 19% VAT). We charge a flat rate of €29 for the costs of shipping and customs clearance. The shipping service provider will invoice you separately for Swiss VAT (7.7 %) and import duty.
Shipping of hardboards & kayaks (freight forwarding) to Switzerland is currently not possible. Please send us an e-mail with your enquiry and we will send you a customised offer.
