Free shipping
.Within Germany we will send you all items (except bulky items like hardboards and kayaks) free of shipping costs! No minimum order value required. Order your inflatable SUP, your TRAK 2.0, paddles or accessories conveniently and without shipping costs to your home. Other countries on request.
Delivery time
.We have everything you find in the online shop in stock. We'll get your order ready the same day. The delivery time is short - in most cases you will receive your order on the next working day. This also applies to neighbouring EU countries such as the Netherlands, Austria, etc.
Shipment
SUP hardboards, kayaks & surf skis are delivered by freight forwarding. The costs for this vary greatly depending on the distance and the volume of shipping companies. Therefore, we calculate with a flat rate of half of the actual costs. This means that we subsidise 50% of the shipping costs. The overview is shown below. Pick-up at our locations near Freiburg, Krakow am See, Halle an der Saale or Moers is also possible as an alternative by arrangement.

Delivery to Switzerland
For customers living close to the border
For our Swiss customers living not far from Basel, we recommend collection from the shop in the Breisgau business park - only 40 km from Basel, close to the A5 at the height of Heitersheim - VAT. Refund is possible
Shipping to Switzerland (up to net value of goods of 1.000 €}
Shipping to Switzerland is possible. In this case we invoice the net price (online prices minus 19% VAT). For the costs of shipping and customs clearance, we charge a flat rate of 29 €.
The shipping service provider will invoice you separately for the Swiss VAT (7.7%) as well as the import duty.
Shipping of hardboards & kayaks (freight forwarding) to Switzerland is currently not yet possible.
