Shipping bulky goods

We also ship hardboards, kayaks and surfskis to EU countries. The products are carefully checked by us before shipping and then packed very well so that they travel safely the long way to you. Upholstery materials are used first and then robust cardboard. We try to pack in a resource-saving manner and therefore also use materials that have already been used - provided they are clean.

Costs

With the flat rates that we state for the shipping costs , it is not the real price. This is charged individually by the forwarding agent according to the daily price and delivery address and is on average 50% higher than the flat rate that we quote. We cover half of the costs. Delivery to islands, also excluded in Germany, here we ask for the price for delivery individually.

Forwarding

SUP Hardboards , kayaks, surf skis and also one-piece paddles with a fixed length of more than 170 cm are delivered by a forwarding agency. The costs for this vary greatly depending on the distance and depending on the volume of freight forwarding. Therefore, we calculate with a flat rate that reflects half of the actual costs. So we subsidize the shipping by 50%. The overview is shown below. Alternatively, collection from our locations near Freiburg, Krakow am See, Hamburg, Halle an der Saale or Moers is also possible by arrangement.

Delivery and control

Forwarding within Germany takes 2-5 working days. The carrier that delivers the package to you will call you 1 or 2 days before delivery to see if you are at the delivery address at the scheduled time. Upon receipt of the package, check the package for damage. If there is any damage, it is best to document it with photos. Due to the very good padding and packaging of the goods inside the box, 99% of damage remains superficial on the box. If there should ever be a problem, you can count on us to take care of it.
